DubaiStore.com offers its customers convenient ways to pay for their orders.
1. Online Payment through Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard)
2. Online Payment through Noqodi Wallet (DubaiStore’s payment gateway partner)
3. Cash on Delivery – COD
4. Buy Now Pay Later – BNPL


Online Payment through Credit/Debit Card:
We use Noqodi payment gateway for our online payments. Noqodi is a highly secured service using SSL 128-bit encryption, and is used by major government bodies in Dubai. You can rest assured your transaction is going to be securely processed.

noqodi Wallet Payment
When you create an account on DubaiStore.com you will automatically have a Noqodi Wallet account, DubaiStore’s payment gateway partner, and your wallet credentials are automatically sent to you by email.
In cases of refunds, when you have paid for your order by cash on delivery, the money that we refund to you will be available in your noqodi wallet, which you can see and use during the checkout of your orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
For customers without access to a credit card and for convenience, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as an alternative payment method for orders less than AED 5000 which will be collected by our courier when they deliver your shipment.
Our charge for COD is AED 11 for each merchant shipment. If your order contains items from two merchants, your total COD fees will be AED 22.

Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL)

What is Buy Now Pay Later?

Buy Now Pay Later payment method which allows you to buy the things you love and pay for them later

Pay in installments:

You will need to pay only 25% at the time of purchase, the rest can be paid in 3 monthly installments. it is safe, simple, and convenient: Your transaction is protected by the latest industry-standard security protocols.

How it works?

Here’s what you need to do:
1. Add your favorite items to the basket and checkout
2. Choose “Buy Now Pay Later“ as your payment method on the Payment page
3. Select one of our buy now pay later providers (example: tabby)
4. Confirm your mobile number and email and click on ‘Continue’
5. Enter the 4-digit verification code that was sent to your mobile number

Do I need to have an account on BNPL provider?

Yes, you need to have an account. to create your account. You need:

• Your Emirates ID
• Phone number
• Email address

Example:

You can create your Tabby account directly from Tabby site (https://tabby.ai/en-AE) . Tabby may ask you to upload your Emirates ID when you create your account.

Is there a credit limit with buy now pay later?

Yes, there is a minimum and maximum you can spend on a single purchase.

Minimum: AED 10
Maximum: (depends on the customer profile scoring, approximately 2-3k for tabby provider)

Why I am unable to use Buy now pay later feature?

Your payment may have failed because:

You haven’t paid for previous orders that you made. You need to clear at least one pending payment to place new orders.

You have an overdue payment. This means you may be blocked from using the buy now pay later feature until the overdue payment is cleared. You can continue to use it after you make your payment.

Your basket value exceeds the maximum limit Your request may have been declined because of the provider risk policy or Terms and Conditions. (example tabby’s T&C https://helpcenter.tabby.ai/hc/en-ae)
