DubaiStore.com strives to promote transparency and trust between merchants and customers.
Customers should be able to feel secure when buying online from a merchant, just as they feel when they are doing physical shopping. That’s why we have taken certain measures in our platform to achieve that goal:

Registered businesses

Merchants selling on Dubai Store are all businesses with trade license registered by Dubai Economy and Tourism.
Merchants are only allowed to sell products as permitted by their trade license

No Fakes, No Used

Merchants are not allowed to sell used or fake products

Return period


Customers have a 15-day return period. You can visit our Return Policy page in our help section.

Merchant information


You can see the logo, business name and business description of every merchant you are buying from

Communication Center

You can directly send any merchant a message through the product page, and they can reply to you.

Escalation


If you had any issue returning a product to the merchant, you can first try to resolve it direct with the merchant through the communication center. You can also escalate the matter to us in case you did not reach a resolution with the merchant.

Consumer Rights

Since Merchants selling on DubaiStore are registered businesses, it means that you and the merchant and your transaction are governed and protected by the consumer rights protection department. You can forward the matter to the Consumer Rights in case DubaiStore was not able of resolve your matter with the merchant.
